7. How to fault find on the software based on error codes.
8. How to program a device.
9. how to install and configure the software and the SQL database.
10. how to create rules and formulas based on your required outcome.
11. how to fault find issues on the units.
12. How to setup the device engine as a service.
13. How to restore a Backup in SQL.
14. How to Mass import or import clocking's off a USB.

Each user training has its own in depth explanation of features however the advanced user training allows for full control with no limitations.
