Remote - Support

Onsite - Support

all onsite support is done within all regulations set for covid 19 and the popi act to ensure you are covered as all data is considered Confidential.

Telephonic - Support

Telephonic calls are an option for clients that do not have access to the internet and or the above mentioned Remote software.

Email - Support

Email support is similar to the Telephonic support but we are able to better review your request and Images of the problem will be requested to better understand your concern and the required outcome.
